What Can App Stores do if Users Start Downvoting an App? Nothing, For The Sake of Democracy

While Apple gives app developers the option of resetting the ratings for their app if they find something amiss, developers on the Play Store have the option of reporting abnormal user rating pattern to Google. But there really isn’t much to stop the trolls from breaking the ratings.
